Team Building @ UCSB

IC's team building exercise for Fall 2002 SC training was determined to be a ropes course. I myself had never attended one, and I have to admit that I was a bit weary of the concept. However, after going through the experience, this is one training exercise that will stay a yearly event! It was great fun, from the island hopping game to the wall climbing! If anyone out there has a chance to take a ropes course, I highly recommend it.
