Wine Tasting Winter Quarter 'Formal Dinner' @ SBCC

If you are looking for a class to take at UCSB, I highly recommend the Wine Tasting class. I learned a hell of a lot about wine, and it's a lot of fun. The formal dinner was the last event of the class, and involved 6 courses and 5 different kinds of wine. We met at the SBCC HRC, otherwise known as the formal dining room, and were served by the graduating culinary school students. They did an excellent job, and the wine was quite excellent. As you can see by the pictures, we had a hell of a time... even though our waiter seemed to be depressed. At least I got aknolodgement when I said 'thank you' though!
